You can use premium services provided by Motta to promote your listings and attract more attention to them.
Motta offers premium services like Boost Plans and Top Ads Promo packages. By ordering a Boost Plan, your listings will be prioritized above free listings and displayed across all relevant pages within a column, section, or
region. Top listings will be showcased in a separate section above standard listings. Detailed information regarding duration, pricing, payment methods, and other terms of premium services is available at:

To order premium services on the website, visit Motta or select your preferred premium service while creating a listing. If using our
mobile app, you can visit the “Premium Services” section in your Profile or select the premium service during the listing creation process.
When ordering premium services, you can choose the payment method that suits you best. If you opt to pay via card, bank transfer, or eWallet, you will be redirected to the checkout page of the relevant payment processor. All payment
information entered is secured. Motta will only receive details related to the payment. If you choose to pay by cash, payment details will be provided, which you can use to make a payment at the nearest bank branch.
Motta reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the features and types of premium services, fees, and acceptable payment methods at any time and for any reason.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fees paid for premium services are non-refundable due to the online nature of the services. You agree that no prorated refunds will be made if your listing violates the Terms of Use and
is removed from the platform, or if you deactivate the listing yourself.
The Top Ad Promo package has a 12-month validity period from the date of purchase (“Service Validity Period”). You agree that if you do not use the Top Ads Promo package within the Service Validity Period, you will not be entitled
to initiate or use the package nor request a refund, compensation, or replacement.
Premium services are not subscription-based, so you must manually renew their validity period each time you need them.
Motta does not guarantee specific results from premium services and will not be liable if they do not meet your expectations.
Credits
You can purchase credits on the Platform ("Credits") to pay for premium services. Each Credit is equivalent to 1 American Dollar when paying for premium services.
Credits must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase ("Credits Validity Period"), after which they will expire. If you fail to use the Credits during the Credits Validity Period, you will lose the right to use them and
will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or replacement.
Purchased Credits have no monetary value and do not constitute actual currency or property of any kind. Credits cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged for any legally acceptable payment method, goods, or other items of
monetary value from Motta or anyone else.
Credits and accounts cannot be bought or sold in exchange for legally acceptable money or exchanged for any other kind of value through any means other than that established by Motta.
All Credits may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, at Motta's sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice, including, but not limited to, the following reasons:
Your account on the Platform is inactive (i.e., not used or logged into) for one year;
You fail to comply with the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy;
Motta suspects fraud or misuse of the Credits or service;
Motta suspects any other unlawful activity associated with your account;
Motta is acting to protect the service, other users, or its reputation.
You will not receive money or any other compensation for unused Credits when your account is closed, whether the closure is voluntary or involuntary.
