  • Live Streaming: If you choose to go live on Motta, you must adhere to the platform's guidelines for live streaming. All content must be relevant to the products being sold and must not contain offensive or inappropriate material.

5. Payments and Disbursements

  • Payment Collection: Motta does not facilitate payments between buyers and sellers. You are responsible for managing payments directly with buyers.
  • Disbursement of Funds: Any payment arrangements should be agreed upon directly with the buyer. Motta does not handle payment disputes or offer payment protection for sellers.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your listings will be removed from Motta, and you will lose access to all seller services.
